Noreen is a certified Master Trainer of NLP and developer of Time Linked Techniques™. She is also a Reiki Master of Ursui and Seichem, a Kumu Ho'omanaloa of Huna, a Numerologist and holds a Bachelor of Education Degree with a double Major.

She founded her company, NL Palmer & Associates in 1995. Today she has created "The NLP Institute" and offers courses in NLP, Empowering Your Future, and Huna.

She has studied Yoga and Buddism and is constantly bringing the best of Eastern and Western philosophies together.

She is a sought after speaker for personal growth and development seminars and has presented at professional development sessions for teachers and personal coaches.

She lives in 'sunny' White Rock, BC and gives trainings in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, Canada.

She is well known for her thoroughness, fun, comfort, liveliness, and love of others in her presentations.

Noreen graduated from University with a degree in Education majoring in both English and Music. At that time she was excited to enter the school system and spent the next twenty years focusing on the education and well-being of children.

In the last years of this career she realized there was a lot more going on when two people communicated than "meets the eye". She began to study NLP. The skills she gained immediately assisted her in all areas of her life and she knew that she had found her path.

Her studies of NLP took her to numerous trainings around the world as she discovered the different areas her teachers were promoting. She brought all of this knowledge together in her trainings in a simple workable format.

After being Certified as an NLP Trainer she began her new career as a personal counsellor. Her business expanded successfully as her clients walked away with the results they were looking for.

As she assisted her clients, she realized that she had to teach groups of students in order to effect more people. She began her trainings with the "personal touch" in 1995.

As time went on Noreen created many trainings according to the requests and questions of her students. She is dedicated to having everyone get the skills 'easily and effortlessly' and have a lot of fun at the same time.

Her hobbies are reading (she owns an extensive library), walking, bike riding, boating, scuba diving, gardening, and singing.

She happily lives with her husband of 25 years living the life she chose and created!
